Senegal forward, Sadio Mane was left angered by a reporter’s question right after Senegal beat Cameroon in AFCON. The reporter simply asked Mane about his experience in the Saudi Pro League and if he feels he gets less attention now that he no longer plays in Europe.
Reacting, Mane said people should stop thinking it is all over for footballers who no longer play in Europe, because the Saudi league is equally watched by everyone across the globe.

Mane added that he’ll keep enjoying his football wherever he plays, because that is most important for him as a player.
His words, “That’s what you think because I’m not in Europe. This is sad for you guys. Because, for you guys, if you don’t play in Europe, it doesn’t matter. I’m not around as a football player.
Fortunately, I can say the Saudi league is a very good league, and watched by everybody in the world, so, for me, as long as I’m doing my best and I’m enjoying myself every single minute, that’s more important. The rest, for me, doesn’t matter.”
WOW.
