In this role, she will oversee six offices across Europe, the Middle East and the United States to provide a seamless global service to more than 1,700 client companies across the disciplines of: life sciences, oil and gas, mining and power, business transformation, finance, legal, and technology.

McAnulty has more than 20 years experience in the recruitment and workforce solutions industry. Most recently, she has served as Hydrogen Group’s vice president and U.S. office’s managing director. Prior to joining Hydrogen, she held senior executive positions for one of the largest Fortune 500 companies in the recruitment industry, managing several large and complex client companies in culturally diverse locations including the United Kingdom, Australia, Malaysia and the Middle East.
McAnulty earned a bachelor’s degree in business and finance from Coventry University in the United Kingdom. An experienced public speaker and highly skilled at motivating people and creating high-performance teams, McAnulty has a passion for giving back to the community and undertaking charity work to assist local communities.
