Popular rapper, Falz has come out to reveal the reason behind his activism. He recently had his say during her appearance on the inaugural live edition of “WithChude” podcast, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, even if his friends constantly have warned him to stay out of political issues, he just cannot help himself, especially because it is impossible for him to keep mute about things he feels strongly about.

Falz added that the #EndSARS period was a very tough phase in his life, but he does not regret participating in it at all, since he was raised to never regret doing what he believes is right.
His words, “People warn me all the time. Friends say: ‘You better stay out of these things oh.’
But I’m the kind of artist who draws inspiration from my environment.
I can’t help it. I feel these things so deeply that it becomes impossible not to talk about them.
That #EndSARS period was one of the craziest and toughest times of my life. But I don’t regret it at all.
I was taught never to regret doing what I believe is right.
And the protest, the struggle, the connection we all felt — it was monumental. I’m grateful I participated.
The same people you’re fighting for will fight you.
I’m not doing it for anybody specifically. It’s about what I feel strongly about. It’s about compassion. It’s about humanity.”
WOW.
