Young players taking on leadership roles is bringing the best out of Arsenal’s squad, Martin Odegaard has said. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.

According to him, he believes he has improved with time and experience at Arsenal, and despite the ups and downs, every player has come out stronger.
Odegaard added that he feels more confident and calm on the pitch and he’ll try to keep helping the team.
His words, “I think I’ve maybe improved that quality a little bit with the time and experience.”
“I’ve been through a lot of things, ups and downs, and I think all that makes you stronger.”
I feel more confident and more calm on the pitch so I just try to use that in a good way and do what’s best for the team.”
“I think here everyone expects you to take that leadership even if you’re young.”
“That brings the best out of the young guys coming through, so definitely I think everyone here feels like they need to be on their best and they need to take part of and take ownership of everything we do.”
