I Love Kim Kardashian – Caitlyn Jenner

Her new autobiography The Secrets Of My Life is said to have caused a rift in her relationship with stepdaughter Kim Kardashian.

And Caitlyn Jenner admitted that she hasn’t spoken to the reality TV star in a long time.

The 67-year-old former Olympian appeared on breakfast TV show Today on Thursday and said she has purposefully kept a distance from Kim who slammed her new book on Ellen DeGeneres’s show last month.

When pressed on the last time she had contact with Kim, Caitlyn revealed she was giving her a wide birth.

‘Well, to be honest with you, I really haven’t talked to her in a long time. I’ve kind of let everything calm down. So I kind of stay – you know I keep my distance,’ she explained.

‘I’m out right now trying to make a difference in the world, I live in a very marginalised community where the murder rate is out of control.’

While confirming she still spoke to Kylie and Kendall Jenner ‘all the time’ she was not in touch with any of her stepdaughters with Kris.

But Caitlyn said she still loved Kim, who supported Caitlyn’s wish to transition from from an early stage, despite their estrangement.

‘I love Kimberley, I think she’s a wonderful person, we have a very good relationship,’ Caitlyn told Today on Thursday.

In an interview on The Ellen DeGeneres Show last month, Kim slammed Caitlyn’s book, alleging it contained untruthful claims about her marriage to Kris.

‘I feel like it’s unfair, things aren’t truthful. That Caitlyn is not being honest. No, not with certain things about my mum,’ Kim told Ellen.

Caitlyn’s ex-wife Kris also blasted aspects of the book that deal with the former couple’s marriage.

‘I’ve never been so angry and disappointed in somebody in my whole life,’ she told Kim and Khloe during a recent episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
