Popular priest, Pope Francis has come out to say that he does not want to be buried in St Peter’s Basilica alongside his immediate predecessors. He recently had his say in an interview broadcast, and the world has been reacting.
According to him, he wants to be buried in a basilica in Rome because he feels a special connection with that location.

Pope Francis added that he would often go there on a Sunday while visiting Rome before he even became a pope.
His words, “The place is already prepared. I want to be buried in Santa Maria Maggiore.”
WOW.
