Tottenham manager, Antonio Conte has come out to say that Jurgen Klopp was simply looking for an excuse when he criticised Spurs’ style in Saturday’s 1-1 draw. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, the German was obviously looking for an alibi after getting stunned at home so he will not take his post-match interview seriously.
Conte added that he wants to win every game in the EPL, and he’ll keep trying to transfer that mentality to his players.
His words, “It means you want to find an excuse or an alibi because your job was wrong.”

“I think in this game, Klopp understood he gained one point, not lost two points. I think Jurgen is an intelligent person.”
