Tottenham manager, Ange Postecoglou has come out to say that he doesn’t plan to aid Liverpool’s title celebration at Anfield today. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, even if he supported Liverpool growing up, it will not have any impact on how his team plays the game today, because he supported the club 50 years ago.
Ange added that he is a 60-year-old adult nowadays, and he has definitely gone past his boyhood crushes.
His words, “I’m a 60-year-old adult, I’ve gone past my boyhood crushes. It’s got no impact whatsoever. I have great admiration for the football club. Yes, I supported it when I was younger, but that was 50-odd years ago so we’ve well and truly moved on since then.”

Left with an empty ground, Houlding founded Liverpool in 1892 and the club has played at Anfield ever since. The capacity of the stadium at the time was 20,000, although only 100 spectators attended Liverpool’s first match at Anfield.
