I’d Love Pogba To Join Me At Marseille – Greenwood

Marseille striker, Mason Greenwood has come out to say that he would welcome a reunion with Paul Pogba at the club. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.

According to him, Pogba is a great man and a good professional who took him under his wing at MUFC, so it would surely be great to have him around again.

Greenwood added that he would like to stay at Marseille for many years because he wants to win several trophies at the club.

Hs words, “He’s a great man, professional, who has taken me under his wing. He’s a top player. Any team in Europe would love to have him. If he came here it would be great.”

On life at Marseille, “Stay here for many years? Of course. It’s something I’d like to do, I want to win trophies here and play in the Champions League. It’s a big ambition to be here, so yes.”

Paul Labile Pogba (born 15 March 1993) is a French professional footballer who plays for Serie A club Juventus and the France national team. A versatile player, he operates primarily as a central midfielder, but can be deployed as a left winger, attacking midfielder, defensive midfielder and deep-lying playmaker.

Pogba was born in Lagny-sur-Marne, Seine-et-Marne, France, to Guinean parents. He is a Muslim. He has two older brothers who are twins – Florentin Pogba and Mathias Pogba – born in Guinea, who are also footballers and play for the Guinean national team.

Florentin currently plays as a defender for ATK Mohun Bagan, while Mathias most recently played as a forward for ASM Belfort. Growing up, Pogba was a fan of Arsenal.

Primarily a central midfielder, although he is also capable of playing on the left flank, in a holding role, as a deep-lying playmaker, in a box-to-box role, or even as an attacking midfielder.
