Real Madrid manager, Zinedine Zidane has come out to say that he’ll sit on the fence amid arguments surrounding the European Super League. Zidane recently revealed that he decided this because his opinion will hold no weight anyway.

According to him, the matter is for Florentine Perez to sort out, and he’ll be focusing on the next matches for the team.
The French boss added that he is paid to concentrate on affairs on the pitch, so he’ll be doing just that.
His words, “This is a matter for the president. I’m here to talk about tomorrow’s match [against Cadiz].”
“Everyone has an opinion, but I’m not here to talk about that. You can say Zidane sits on the fence, but my job is the day to day and tomorrow’s match.”
“I could give an opinion, but it won’t make a difference. For me, it’s all about Cádiz.”
“No, we’ve not spoken about that at all. We’ve only spoken about tomorrow’s match.”
“I’m not stupid, and I know we have all the matches that follow. But, it’s about tomorrow. It’s another opportunity.”
