Popular Nigerian dancer Oluwatosin Solaru has named veteran dance instructor Kaffy as her source of inspiration. She recently completed a 157-hour dance marathon in Lagos State, and fans have been reacting.
According to her, Kaffy’s historic 2006 Guinness World Record (GWR) achievement is the reason she believed it was also possible for her to set the historic record.

Solaru added that she used to think setting records could only be handled by top organizations, but after watching Hilda Baci’s GWR feat years back, she decided to make her own name with her passion.
Her words, “Back then, I thought it had to be done by organizations like Silverbird. But after Hilda Baci’s GWR feat last year, I realized it was something I could apply for myself.
Nigerians hardly understand talent, let alone embrace talented people. I had to make a clear statement.”
WOW.
