Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf of Kano State has written to the State House of Assembly, seeking approval for the appointment of Architect Ibrahim Yakubu Adamu as a Commissioner and member of the Executive Council.
Presenting the letter during a plenary session on Monday, the Speaker of the Assembly, Jibrin Isma’il Falgore, stated that the governor urged lawmakers to carefully review and approve the nominee, citing his experience and expertise.
Falgore further announced that the Assembly would invite Adamu for screening to assess his qualifications before confirming his appointment.
