Arsenal Football Club has come out to confirm that Sead Kolasinac has sustained a major shoulder injury ahead of the UEL clash vs Olympiacos at Emirates Stadium.
During his recent press conference, Arteta revealed that Kolasinac was in a lot of pain in the dressing room after the Everton clash but he hopes he avoided a dislocation.
In their latest statement, AFC confirmed that Kolasinac will “undergo further specialist assessments during this week” before beginning a rehabilitation programme.
Arsenal are set to be without Sead for their UEL round-of-32 second-leg clash vs Olympiacos tomorrow, with Bukayo Saka set to replace him at left-back.
AFC is expected to qualify after beating the Greek champions 1 – 0 at the Georgios Karaiskakis Stadium last week.
