WWE star, Drew McIntyre has come out to brand England manager, Gareth Southgate a bloody idiot. He recently had his say after goalkeeper Jack Butland was left out of the latest England squad, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, seeing how Rangers have laid down a title challenge to Celtic and performed admirably in Europe this season, it is idiotic to leave Butland out of the national team at this time.
Drew added that Jack has been on fire since the season started, so he deserves to represent England at Euro 2024.
His words, “Yeah, they’re idiots for leaving him out of the squad. He is, along with the captain Tav (James Tavernier) our best player.
We’ve tried multiple goalkeepers and had to bring (Alan) McGregor back but finally with Butland – he’s the man, he’s absolutely on fire. And to leave him out of the squad you’re just an idiot, simple as that. You’re a bloody idiot, from Drew McIntyre.”
