Liverpool captain, Jordan Henderson has come out to say that Leeds’ pre-match shirts opposing the Super League in April was disrespectful. He recently revealed that the display felt like an attack against Liverpool players when both clubs met.

According to him, the players at Liverpool knew nothing about the club’s Super League plans, and it was never something he and his teammates wanted.
Henderson added that he still believes Liverpool owners have done a good job for the Reds because they’ve grown the club and invested heavily.
His words, “The T-shirts, I felt, were disrespectful,”
“The players hadn’t done anything. It wasn’t something we wanted.”
On FSG, “If you look at it, they’ve done a good job.”
“They’ve grown the club. They’ve put money in. They’ve built a new training ground. They brought the manager in.”
