Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has reacted to Myles Lewis-Skelly getting dropped from Thomas Tuchel’s latest England squad. He recently urged calm after the England coach’s decision, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, he has seen how the omission has sparked debate among fans, and he can only urge supporters to know that setbacks sometimes happen for the right reason.

Arteta then backed the teenager to bounce back stronger, stressing that his maturity and achievements still make him a unique player.
His words, “Yes for sure, we are here to support and to help each other and give a good perspective of the situation.
When you look at his age, what he’s already done, he’s just remarkable. So don’t look at the one [bad] moment what is happening for you because maybe it happens for the right reason and today you cannot see it.”
