Popular pundit, Tim Sherwood has come out to say that Manchester City make their own rules in the transfer market. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, he understands City’s January spending amid the 115 financial fair play charges brought against them by the Premier League, because they are most likely already aware of their punishment and are bringing forward transfer spending to this month.

Tim added that MCFC seem to be the only team that can spend money despite having 115 charges over their head.
His words, “They seem to be the only team that can spend money and they’ve got 115 charges over their head. Perhaps they know something. If there are players available they will go and get them, even if they have to pay over the top. They don’t care. Man City make their own rules up.”
WOW.
Pep Guardiola Sala is a Spanish professional football manager and former player who is currently managing Premier League club Manchester City.
