Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola has come out to say that niggles and a few problems are preventing Erling Haaland from making his debut. The Norweigan is still waiting on his debut for Manchester City following his £51 million ($61m) transfer from Borussia Dortmund, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, he expects Haaland to be ready ahead of the next game because he has been training really well in recent weeks.
Pep added that Manchester City won’t take any risks with Erling in a season that will be very long.
His words, “Next game, Erling will be ready. He’s had niggles and a few problems. We’ll see. He’s trained just two sessions and didn’t want to take risks. The season is so long.”
