Manchester United Can Win The Europa League – Ruben Amorim

Manchester United manager, Ruben Amorim has come out to admit to a responsibility to win trophies at the club. He recently had his say after the Red Devils reached the Europa League knockout stages, and fans have been reacting.

According to him, while his team’s style of play hasn’t drastically changed since he took over, the players are now executing their movements more effectively, and that makes him dream of lifting the UEL trophy in May at Bilbao.

Amorim added that he believes his players can win the European competition because anything is possible in football.

His words, “I don’t see a big difference in the way we play, but today we had more time to think and now you can see some movements, the idea is there because we have more time to play and understand the game.

I think we can go game by game and we can win it. Then you have the responsibility, no matter the context, you are in Manchester United so you must fight for winning trophies. When you get to this stage of any competition, anything is possible and they can prove they can win against anybody.

That is really important for us, to have time to train, create connection between everyone, the staff, everyone there in training, go to the pitch, know each other in the right environment.

Then we have one week to prepare a game, the beginning of the week you can work your idea and then have time to prepare the game and focus on the opponent. I can understand better my players.”

Manchester United Football Club, commonly referred to as Man United or simply United, is a professional football club based in Old Trafford, Greater Manchester, England. The club competes in the Premier League, the top division in the English football league system.

The club appeared in two consecutive League Cup finals in 1991 and 1992, beating Nottingham Forest 1–0 in the second to win that competition for the first time as well.
