Manchester United legend Dwight Yorke has said that he does not see the club resigning Scott McTominay. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, because it would be very hard for the club to admit selling him was a mistake, he does not see MUFC trying to bring McTominay back anytime soon.
Yorke added that Scott might be open to a return since he’d love the fact that his boyhood club wants him back.
His words, “You know they would have to pay some serious money to go and get him back. It would be difficult to admit they made a mistake, but having said that, he would relish the fact he’s now being backed by the club if they did go back in for him.
He wouldn’t answer the problem of not having a number six though. They’d probably get him playing even further up the park which would only make things more confusing. That’s why he wouldn’t come back. In hindsight, like with all these things, he could have been in a top position at United one day but it’s never that easy.”

The club appeared in two consecutive League Cup finals in 1991 and 1992 the left and the right, but he’s not got any sense of danger yet, and empties the midfield area too readily.
