The Confederation Africaine de Football (CAF) will from 3-4 April 2014 organize a seminar for Match Commissioners (Men) for the period 2014-2016 in Cairo, Egypt.
The seminar will address and clarify responsibilities and rights of the officials for matches, and tackle all aspects related to Match Organization: Regulations of CAF competitions, Marketing, Media and Refereeing.
Also, the newly launched electronic management system “CAFCMS” will be presented to the participants, just as the Club Licensing System and its implementation.
One hundred and ten (110) participants from the 54 National Associations and two affiliate members of CAF will take part in the two-day event.
