Inter Miami manager, Gerardo Martino has come out to say that Lionel Messi will continue to start for the club until he asks to be rested. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, he recently talked to the Argentine playmaker about his body needing rest from time to time, but he still wants to play regularly right now.

Martino added that as long as Messi still wants to play football, he will continue to be seen on the pitch.
His words, “That is a conversation we had a few days ago, that he should rest, and recover every 3-4 days, clearly Wednesday will not be that day, but you all know how he is, he likes to play. So, as long as he doesn’t mention anything, he will keep on playing.”
