Manchester United manager, Erik ten Hag has come out to praise his new signing, Lisandro Martinez. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, the ex-Ajax captain is nothing but a warrior who will surely gain the admiration of the fans because of his attitude and fighting spirit.
Ten Hag added that the Argentine is also skilful and left-footed, so MUFC should be ready for a talented leader at the back.
His words, “He’s a warrior and I think the fans will admire him. He has an attitude, fighting spirit,”
“He brings aggressiveness in the game, in a good way. I think we need that.”
“But he’s also skilful, he can deal with the ball and he’s left-footed.”
United’s football director John Murtough added: “We are delighted that he has chosen to join Manchester United and we are looking forward to seeing him develop further and help the team achieve the success we are aiming for.”
