Manchester United legend, Gary Neville has come out to describe the loss vs Tottenham as an absolute disgrace. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, the MUFC players need to talk sense into themselves in the dressing room because the first-half vs Spurs at Old Trafford was as bad as it gets for the club.

Neville added that Bruno’s red card summed up MUFC in the first-half, and the entire display was a shame.
His words, “They need to grip a drip on that dressing room. The first half was as bad as it gets. This is a shocking day, a sobering day. This is a really bad day for Ten Hag.
The red summed up Manchester United in the first half. They have been an absolute disgrace. It’s one of the worst performances I have seen under Ten Hag. And that is saying something. It is really bad. Today has shocked me about how low they have gone.”
Redknapp added, “It gets to a point where you almost feel sorry for the manager as well. He looks completely out of his depth, he looks like he’s struggling to motivate his team. Man Utd and Ten Hag are going backwards. You can’t complain anymore, he’s got his back four in place, he’s got all the players at his disposal – there’s no excuses. They are rock bottom right now. I just don’t see where they can go from here. They’re as bad as I’ve seen a United side. It’s embarrassing. A club of this stature shouldn’t be producing performances like that.”
WOW.
Manchester United Football Club, commonly referred to as Man United or simply United, is a professional football club based in Old Trafford, Greater Manchester, England. The club competes in the Premier League, the top division in the English football league system.
Nicknamed the Red Devils, they were founded as Newton Heath LYR Football Club in 1878, but changed their name to Manchester United in 1902. After a spell playing in Clayton, Manchester, the club moved to their current stadium, Old Trafford, in 1910.
Alex Ferguson and his assistant Archie Knox arrived from Aberdeen on the day of Atkinson’s dismissal, and guided the club to an 11th-place finish in the league. Despite a second-place finish in 1987–88, the club was back in 11th place the following season. Reportedly on the verge of being dismissed, Ferguson’s job was saved by victory over Crystal Palace in the 1990 FA Cup final.
The following season, Manchester United claimed their first UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup title. That triumph allowed the club to compete in the European Super Cup for the first time, where United beat European Cup holders Red Star Belgrade 1–0 at Old Trafford. The club appeared in two consecutive League Cup finals in 1991 and 1992, beating Nottingham Forest 1–0 in the second to win that competition for the first time as well.
