Bayern Munich forward, Jamal Musiala, has come out to say that Thomas Muller is his best teammate ever. He recently named a fellow German national as the toughest defender he faced, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, he learnt a lot from Muller during his time at Bayern Munich, and he really enjoyed playing football alongside the German legend.
Musiala added that Rudiger is the best defender he has played against, and it was very obvious in a recent matchup against Real Madrid.
His words, “I will give that to Thomas Muller. I’ve learned so much from him — so many little bits of advice — and I’ve had so much fun playing with him. There are so many players I could say, but Thomas is at the top.”
On the toughest defender he has come up against, “Rudiger. We played against Real Madrid in the Champions League and that was quite tough. I’ve known him for quite a few years. And, yeah, it’s not nice to play against him.”
