Liverpool midfielder, Arthur Melo has come out to open up on his recent injury setback which will ensure he’ll miss the World Cup. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.

According to him, he is very sad to be out injured for a while after the injury to his left thigh will keep him out of action until after the tournament in Qatar.
Arthur added that he is also disappointed because the injury came at a time he was putting in lots of efforts and hard work to establish himself at Liverpool.
His words, “Last week was not the best for me… Sadly, as you know, an unfortunate injury to my left thigh will keep me out of action for a while. It comes just at a time when, after huge effort and lots of hard work, I was ready to establish myself in my new team and determined to fight for my dream of playing at the World Cup.”
