Popular music executive Ubi Franklin has come out to mourn the death of his sister. He recently revealed that she passed away after a battle with cancer, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, his late sister was one of the most precious gifts life ever gave him because she actually shaped him into the man the world knows today.
Ubi added that her demise hurts him deeply and it automatically leaves a scar in his heart.
“Today, death visited me and took one of the most precious gifts life handed me… my sister.
The one who birthed the Ubi Franklin you all know. The one who opened my eyes to what life truly is.
She would always remind me: ‘Before anyone else, you were my PA.’ She never stopped calling me that — even in her final days.
This is one of the biggest losses of my life.
But I am thankful I got to know her, walk with her, and be shaped by her.
This hurts deeply. It has left a scar in my heart.
But I will forever love you. And I know… you’re in a better place.”
