Leicester City boss, Brendan Rodgers has said Wilfred Ndidi had a successful surgery and his recovery process has begun.
Ndidi, who has been a key member of the Foxes team this season, suffered a knee injury in training on Tuesday.
Speaking on the injury recently, the coach said the ex Genk player will be out of football for close to 3 or 4 weeks.
His words, “It went very well,”
“It was a good operation. He’s now back in and straight into his recovery. Something around that [three or four weeks]. Sometimes it can be sooner, sometimes it can’t be.”
Ndidi has made 24 appearances across all competitions this season.
