Tonto Dikeh’s ex-boyfriend, Prince Kpokpogri, has blasted some Nigerians for celebrating the alleged marital crisis between actress Regina Daniels and her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko. He recently revealed that it is sad to see how his fellow citizens derive pleasure from negative news.
In a post shared on Instagram, Prince said that rejoicing when something bad happens in the lives of others has become the worrying norm among many Nigerians today.

According to him, the same thing happened when he and Tonto had their public fallout, but they resolved their issues eventually and remain very good friends to this day.
Kpokpogri stated that all Regina and her husband need now is some empathy, not the mockery and jubilation he keeps seeing online.
“It is quite unfortunate that many Nigerians seem to take pleasure in negative news, especially when it concerns the personal lives of others.
When Tonto and I had our differences, many people rejoiced and threw unnecessary tantrums. Today, we remain good friends and have moved past those issues.
Now, the same attitude is being shown towards Senator Ned Nwoko and his wife, Regina. Rather than showing empathy or wishing them well, some people appear to find joy in their challenges,” he wrote.
Describing those mocking Regina Daniels and her family as idle and envious, he wondered if they don’t also go through family issues in their different homes.
Kpokpogri concluded by saying that he believes Ned Nwoko and his wife will resolve their issues against all odds.
“One wonders if such individuals are free from their own family problems or simply driven by envy and idle talk. Every marriage faces its own trials and misunderstandings.
I strongly believe they will resolve their differences because Senator Ned is a good man who always prioritises his family above all else. Let us learn to support and uplift others instead of celebrating their difficult moments,” he added.
