The suspension of the national leader of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, Rabiu Kwankwaso, has been called a “Nollywood and Hollywood joke” by Buba Galadima, one of the party’s founding fathers and chieftains.
According to Infostride News’s reporting, on Tuesday, a segment of the party suspended Kwankwaso and other members for “anti-party activities in various meetings.”
The group asserted that “material evidence” proved the party’s presidential candidate from February 25 had engaged in operations against the party.

Galadima, speaking on a Tuesday night program on Channels TV, countered that the NNPP leaders responsible for the announcement of Kwankwaso’s suspension had already been kicked out of the party.
Galadima added that despite rumors to the contrary, the party is still functional.
It was like a Nollywood or Hollywood joke when I saw it on social media,” he remarked.
Let me correct that: Boniface Okechukwu Aniebonam and Gabriel Agbor Major were the ones kicked out.
All of the expelled students were required to appear before a disciplinary board. They were instructed, and after making the necessary confessions, they were recommended for expulsion to the Nation Working Committee.
Galadima addressed the allegations of anti-party behavior, saying, “As politicians, we can meet with anybody. He asked for and received our approval.
