Chelsea defender, Thiago Silva has come out to explain his furious reaction to the team’s nervy Premier League victory over Luton Town. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, he reacted angrily because he just didn’t want to spend New Year’s like he spent Christmas, but he is sorry to whoever got offended by it.
Silva added that the EPL is a very competitive league, and it is the details that always secures the 3 points.
His words, “Every professional athlete will always be pushing themselves harder and thinking they can do better. In a highly competitive league, it’s the details that secure 3 points. I just didn’t want to spend New Year’s like I did Christmas, sorry.”
