In Osun State, the position of the Osun All Progressives Congress (APC) on the infrastructural plan of the Ademola Adeleke administration has been seen to be ill-intentioned by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), which is located in Osun State.
This is due to the fact that the Osun PDP has maintained that the plan is worthy of praise, long overdue, and sustainable for the economic revitalization of Osun.
Sunday Bisi, the chairman of the Osun PDP, issued a statement on Sunday in response to the criticism leveled against the Osun APC and said that the APC is opposed to progress.

Bisi further stated that criticism of the multi-billion naira infrastructure plan that his government is planning to implement is disloyal, disgusting, and an example of anti-development and anti-people politics.
In addition to this, he stated that the opposing party is using the agenda for growth for political gain.
According to InfoStride News, on Friday, Governor Ademola Adeleke presented an infrastructure plan for the state that was estimated to cost N100 billion.
The plan calls for the renovation of health facilities across the wards in the state as well as selected public elementary and secondary schools. Additionally, the plan calls for the construction of five flyovers all across the state.
“The All Progressives Congress (APC) is a party that is in serious agony and perplexity over the inventiveness, originality, and financial engineering of the Adeleke administration. We see a group of disqualified politicians who are unable to comprehend the level of strategic thinking that led to the creation of an ambitious infrastructure plan. This plan was meticulously put together with an eye toward sustainability and the multiplier effect on the growth of the state economy and the wellbeing of our people.
As of the month of November in 2022, the state had more than 95 infrastructure problems when the PDP government took office. When the PDP assumed power, we conducted an internal evaluation of the state’s infrastructure, which found that the status of the infrastructure was deteriorating across all industries. The APC needs to be made aware of the fact that not all governors are interested in stealing money from the public coffers, as was common practice when the opposition was in power.
Bisi demanded that the APC read the entire speech, in which he outlined the tactics, the projects, the financial plans, and the sources of funds for such projects.
“The APC should get educated about the fact that not all governors are interested in diverting public funds, as was the practice when the opposition held sway.”
