New Manchester City midfielder, Kalvin Philips has come out to share why he joined the club. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, he joined the Blue side of Manchester just because it is Manchester City and there is guaranteed success for its players.
Philips added that the thought of playing for Pep Guardiola also appealed to him greatly.
His words, “Just the fact that it was Manchester City.”
“Anybody else, I probably wouldn’t have gone.”
“The thought of playing for City, the manager, the players they’ve got.”
