Jorge Valdano has come out to say that Mbappe will not join Real Madrid in the summer. He recently revealed that he will not believe the rumors because he feels the Frenchman will extend his stay at Parc des Princes.
According to him, Mbappe has the personality and class to thrive vs the biggest teams in the world, and the performance against Barcelona will make him believe that he is at the right place.
He added that he doesn’t see PSG being interested in replacing the French forward with Messi anytime soon.
His words, “He has the personality to show all his class in the important games. I think that after this game, Mbappe is further away from Real Madrid than ever.”
“I do not see them [PSG] now being very interested in the idea of replacing him with [Lionel] Messi.”
