England legend, Gary Lineker has come out to say that PSG winning the UCL in their first season without Kylian Mbappe is almost meant to be. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, he really fancies PSG to defeat Inter Milan and win the UCL, and it’ll be a huge achievement for the owners who have always seen the competition as the holy grail.

Lineker added that it’ll be so amazing for Luis Enrique and his boys to write their names in the club’s history in Munich.
His words, “I fancy PSG. I think it’s their time. I think it’s almost meant to be that Mbappe goes and then they win the damn thing! He goes to Real Madrid, that always wins, and then they don’t. It’d be the first time in their history (PSG’s), I think they won the European Cup Winners Cup in 1996, but this is obviously, for them, the Holy Grail. I’ve got a feeling it’s almost meant to be this season.”
