Paris Saint-Germain manager, Luis Enrique has come out to cool tensions about Champions League success ahead of their group stage opener. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, he does not like the fact that the media is making it seem like PSG is obsessed with winning the UCL, because obsession is never a good thing in sport.
Luis added that his players will give everything to win the competition for the supporters.
His words, “When a club is obsessed with something, it is never a good sign. You have to have ambition but obsession doesn’t work, that’s the same in all walks of life. We want to play, to give our supporters a lot of joy, but there is no obsession.”
