Football legend, Cristiano Ronaldo has come out to hail Rafael Nadal after the Spaniard announced his retirement from Tennis. He recently had his say via his social media page, and fans have been reacting.

According to him, Nadal has had an incredible career as a Tennis player, and his remarkable passion and talent has definitely inspired millions around the world.

Ronaldo added that it has been an honour to witness his journey while calling him a friend.

Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro was born on 5 February 1985 in the São Pedro parish of Funchal, the capital of the Portuguese island of Madeira, and grew up in the nearby parish of Santo António.
