Popular singer Kizz Daniel has denied reports that a court ordered the freezing of his personal and business bank accounts over a contract dispute. Recall that several blogs and social media posts recently claimed that the artist’s accounts had been frozen by court order.
Reacting to the reports on social media, the singer’s management described the rumours as “false and malicious,” stressing that the aim is to discredit the “Twe Twe” crooner.

“We state unequivocally that our Artist is a professional who upholds his contractual obligations and makes extraordinary sacrifices to ensure his fans worldwide enjoy his craft,” a statement read.
On the contract in question, the team wrote, “By virtue of the duly executed Performance Agreement dated 27th July 2022, We were engaged to perform at the Afrobeats Meets Berlin concert on 24th September 2022.”
Kizz Daniel’s team further blamed the cancellation on the promoter, Kejuro Media & Entertainment, stating that Kejuro “failed woefully to fulfil its fundamental obligations under the Agreement, including the procurement of visas and flights for our Artist and his team.”
The management concluded by emphasising that any rescheduling could only be entertained on new terms.
“In fact, by virtue of the signed Agreement, we are entitled to full payment in the event that such cancellation is at the instance of a breach by the Promoter,” the statement added.
