Belgium manager, Roberto Martinez has come out to say that Cristiano Ronaldo’s assist against Turkey should be shown in every academy in world football. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.

According to him, the assist was simply spectacular from the Portuguese legend, and for a goalscorer like him to do that, he deserves a lot of praise for it.

He added that Ronaldo proved that the team is the most important thing as far as Euro 2024 is concerned.

His words, “From Cristiano, we saw something spectacular.

To have him, an out-and-out goal scorer, pass the ball for the assist. It was a pure moment of Portuguese football that should be shown in every academy in world football.

It showed that the team is the most important thing, that it means more than scoring any goal.”
