Nigeria football legend, Mutiu Adepoju has come out to say that Sadiq Umar will return to his best after his latest injury setback. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, Sadiq has to be very strong to ensure the setback doesn’t affect him mentally, and he also has to work hard to make sure he is back on his feet in no time.
Mutiu added that it is not a palatable experience to see your teammates play week in and week out while you are down with an injury, but it is Umar’s current reality.
His words, “He has to be very strong so this won’t affect him. Also, he needs to work hard when he is back on his feet.”
