Governor Charles Soludo of Anambra State has celebrated his victory in the just-concluded governorship election, expressing gratitude to God for his reelection.
In a video that surfaced online, an excited Soludo was seen singing praises to God, saying, “This kind God, I never see his type.”
The governor, who appeared to be speaking with someone over the phone, also said, “I will talk to you later, congratulations,” before ending the call.

Soludo, who contested on the platform of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), was declared winner of the election by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) after securing the highest number of votes.
According to the official results announced by INEC, Soludo polled 422,664 votes to defeat his closest rival, Nicholas Ukachukwu of the All Progressives Congress (APC), who scored 99,445 votes, while Paul Chukwuma of the Young Progressives Party (YPP) came third with 37,753 votes.
