State Governors and Senior Civil Servants Urged to Support President Tinubu’s Economic Agenda

In a statement issued by Olatunbosun Oyintiloye, an All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain in Osun State, state governors and senior civil servants are called upon to provide maximum support to President Bola Tinubu in his efforts to revitalize Nigeria’s economy.

Oyintiloye emphasized that the success of President Tinubu’s ‘Renewed Hope Agenda’ relies heavily on the collaboration of governors and top civil servants.

He urged governors to utilize their monthly allocations for poverty alleviation and support the president’s initiatives aimed at fixing the economy.

The APC chieftain highlighted that the impact of the president’s economic initiatives may not be fully realized without the active involvement of state governors in utilizing their resources for the benefit of the people.

He urged governors to be accountable and transparent in managing their allocations, ensuring that funds are used effectively to uplift citizens from poverty.

Furthermore, Oyintiloye called on senior civil servants and permanent secretaries to align with the president’s vision by avoiding unnecessary bureaucracy that could hinder economic interventions.

He stressed the need for swift action in matters concerning citizen welfare, urging civil servants to work in harmony with the president’s directives to improve the lives of Nigerians.
