The Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2023 general election, Atiku Abubakar, is scheduled to hold a press conference on Monday, October 30, 2023, to address significant national issues.
This announcement comes just 48 hours after the Supreme Court dismissed Atiku’s appeal against the Independent National Electoral Commission’s (INEC) declaration of President Bola Tinubu as the winner of the February 2023 presidential election, citing a lack of merit in the appeal.
A statement issued by the PDP Publicity office on Saturday, October 28, 2023, revealed that this press briefing will focus on matters of utmost importance to the nation.

Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in the 2023 election, will convene a press conference on Monday to address crucial national issues.
The statement from the PDP Publicity office reads,

What to Keep in Mind
Atiku has previously held press conferences to address issues stemming from his petition and legal proceedings related to the outcome of the 2023 presidential election.
Approximately three weeks ago, Atiku addressed the media regarding the outcome of the court deposition by the Chicago State University (CSU), accusing President Tinubu of forging his certificate.
This upcoming press conference will mark Atiku’s first public statement following the Supreme Court’s 7-member panel’s decision to uphold the Presidential Election Petition Court’s ruling, which affirmed Tinubu’s election as president.
