Supreme Court’s Ruling is the lord’s work – Oluremi Tinubu

Oluremi Tinubu, who is married to Nigeria’s President Bola Tinubu, has stated that she believes the decision of the Supreme Court was made by the Lord.

The comment was made by Mrs. Tinubu while she was praising the decision of the supreme court that confirmed her husband’s victory in the presidential election of 2023.

In Owerri, she delivered a speech at the Imo State All Progressives Congress Women Campaign Rally, which was held in support of Governor Hope Uzodimma’s bid for reelection.

According to the First Lady, the court has given her husband a ‘clean bill.’

Mrs. Tinubu is quoted as saying, “You can see, the court has already given my husband a clean bill. We believe that this is the Lord’s doing, and in our eyes, it is marvelous.”

Let me tell you, just as my husband has promised, that the East would be the industrial hub of Nigeria, and by the grace of God, the development of the South-East starts from Imo. “Let me tell you, just as my husband has promised, that the East will be the industrial hub of Nigeria.

“When we came for the campaign, I promised you, I said we will do whatever it takes to make sure Nigeria is one,” the president stated. “We will do whatever it takes to make sure Nigeria is one.”

Tinubu’s victory was upheld after the Supreme Court, which heard appeals from Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi, candidates for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Labour Party (LP), respectively, was unanimous in its decision to reject those candidates’ challenges last week.

The highest court in the land came to the conclusion that the appeals were without basis.
