President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to fulfilling all promises made under the Renewed Hope Agenda, assuring Nigerians—particularly the people of Nasarawa State—of continued developmental support.
The President gave the assurance on Wednesday during a visit to the Emir of Lafia, Justice Sidi Bage Muhammad (rtd), at his palace in Lafia, the Nasarawa State capital.
While addressing the Emir and other dignitaries, Tinubu praised Governor Abdullahi Sule for his prudent and transparent management of resources, which he said has attracted the confidence of the Federal Government and investors alike.

“I am delighted to be back in Nasarawa,” the President said. “During the 2023 campaigns, the Emir told me I would return here as President of Nigeria—and here I am. Thank you, Your Highness. You are a far-sighted individual and a committed Nigerian of high integrity.”
President Tinubu described Nasarawa State as a peaceful, stable, and steadily developing state, attributing the progress to the leadership of Governor Sule and the active role of the State Council of Traditional Rulers.
He reiterated his resolve to deliver on the Renewed Hope Agenda, pledging to focus on transformative projects in key sectors such as solid minerals and agriculture.
“All I have decided is to ensure a change for the future and the best. The Renewed Hope Agenda is about repositioning our economy to serve young Nigerians and future generations,” Tinubu said.
He added that his government is fully committed to policies that will unlock the country’s potential and deliver meaningful progress for all citizens.
