Aston Villa manager, Steven Gerrard has been sacked following his team’s 3-0 defeat to Fulham on Thursday night. The club recently had its say via a press statement, and fans have been reacting.
According to Villa, the club can confirm that Gerrard has left the club with immediate effect, and they would like to thank the Englishman for his hard work and commitment since his commitment.
It read, “Aston Villa Football Club can confirm that Head Coach Steven Gerrard has left the club with immediate effect.”
“We would like to thank Steven for his hard work and commitment and wish him well for the future.”
