Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola has come out to say that he has nothing else to say about Brighton defender, Marc Cucurella. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, Cucurella is a Brighton player and Manchester City will only sign him if it is possible to do so this summer.
Pep added that if the defender is not signed before the window closes, Joao Cancelo and Nathan Are will fill in at the left-back position.
His words, “He is a Brighton player. I can’t say anything else,”
“If it’s possible, yes [we will sign a left-back], if not we stay. Joao Cancelo can play there… Nathan Aketoo. I never complain about the squad I have since the first season. What the club can do is for the benefit of the club, not me.”
