The World Health Organization, has given tips on how to manage stress during the COVID-19 pandemic. According to WHO, people should eat healthily, engage more in physical activities, avoid smoking and take much rest.

WHO also advised that people suffering from stress should try to talk to a counselor, so as to get help both psychologically and mentally.
The World Health Organization, stated that there are possibilities of people getting infected with the virus without them showing symptoms at the early stage.
This may cause an already infected person to infect others. In lieu of this people are to adhere to all non-pharmaceutical measures for curtailing COVID-19.
According to the World Health Organization, hand hygiene is the best way to curtail the spread of the virus. WHO urged people to action and responsibility.
WHO thus advised regular handwashing with soap under running water or with alcohol based hand sanitizer for a minimum of 20 seconds.
