He made this declaration while commissioning the Third Eye Billboard mounted by the Anti-Corruption and Transparency Unit (ACTU) of the Ministry.
Dr. Koro Muhammed further stated that the Third Eye Billboard will serve as a check mechanism for the staff and contractors of the Ministry, considering the huge funds being allocated to the Ministry for the provision of road infrastructure in the country,
He urged the ACTU to guide and direct civil servants and contractors whom he said, ought to be transparent in order for all to justify the funds entrusted to them to carry out their statutory duties.
Earlier in his address, the Head of Unit, Anti Corruption and Transparency Unit, Federal Ministry of Works, Mr. Alexander Paman explained that the Third Eye Billboard means the human conscience, which should be allowed to work in a positive way for the benefit of the masses and the nation at large.
A representative of the Independent Corrupt Practices commission (ICPC), an Assistant Superintendent of ICPC, Erusiafe Joy reiterated that the Third Eye serves as a guide for people to do the right things whether being monitored or not.
