In her new role as COO, Erin will oversee Operations, Client Services, Subscription Marketing & Human Resources, responsible for accelerating revenue growth, building and scaling a world-class team and culture, and ensuring strong value delivery for OrderGroove’s clients.

Erin Rucker brings more than 18 years of operations and business experience to the COO position at OrderGroove. Prior to OrderGroove, Erin served in leadership roles at Yodle for 6 years, first as SVP of Client Services and then as Chief Human Resources Officer, where she helped scale Yodle’s marketing automation SaaS business from start-up to $160M+ in revenue, 50,000 customers and over 1,300 employees. Previously, Erin was VP of Operations and Customer Service at Yahoo! HotJobs for 8 years and held management positions at a number of high tech start-up organizations.

Rucker started her career at Accenture, where she spent several years in Change Management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
